CS Energy needed to develop a health and safety handbook in response to feedback from their 700 staff, across 3 energy stations, that their processes were too complicated and scattered.
We developed a two-way communications strategy to involve all members of the company with the project. A two-phase approach commencing with leadership sessions, communication packs, diagonal slice sessions and feedback forms, company-wide communications to encourage feedback, along with the distribution of 100 printed drafts of the handbook.
Phase two was to combine this feedback into the final version which increased the booklet by an additional 50 pages. 800 copies were printed and rolled-out across the company with further leadership sessions and workshops.
