We’re excited to share with you our latest web design project – the redesign of (link: http://www.weddingfavoursdelight.com text: Wedding Favours Delight). As well as redesigning the ecommerce store, we also created an all new brand image, consisting of a logo and social media presence.
The Wedding Favours Delight website is barely recognisable from its previous design. The striking grey and pink design, along with eye-catching images, appeals to the company’s target audience of brides-to-be.

The functionality of the e-tailer has been improved significantly. The previous checkout process was complicated and a turn off for users. Our developers have managed to make the most important part of the site much more user-friendly.
The new site has been built using Magento as the ecommerce platform. This product allows flexibility of design and is easy for clients to administer on a daily basis. The client can quickly and easily update the existing products, remove items, and add new favours. The favours have also been categorised on site in a clearer way. All of these factors make for an improved user experience.

As well as redesigning the website, we gave Wedding Favours Delight a brand new logo. The typography is much more web-friendly, and the introduction of a small image ties everything together. The new logo continues the grey and pink colour scheme.
With the new logo, we were also able to create an active social media presence for the brand. The visual element of the favours store means that (link: http://pinterest.com/weddingfavours/ text: Pinterest) was an obvious choice. We also created a custom (link: http://facebook.com/weddingfavoursdelight text: Facebook) cover photo and (link: http://twitter.com/Favours_Delight text: Twitter) background for the client.

The new website is much more than just an ecommerce store. The client wanted the site to be an essential resource for brides-to-be. With this in mind, we added in a blog and articles section where information can be shared with site users. This allows a two way communication between brides and the clients.
