This week we’re launching our first big collaboration with our newly acquired film production arm HIPSTER, with a 30-second TV commercial for Coop Pharmacy and the newly deregulated Viagra Connect 50mg pill.
Look out for the campaign which will be up and running nationally via Sky AdSmart from Monday 23rd April. If you’re interested in talking about how Superdream and HIPSTER could give your business a boost, call 01527 573770 or email us on email@example.com to speak to a member of the team.
Britain is the first country in the world where Viagra can be sold over the counter without a prescription. Viagra Connect is now available at www.cooppharmacy.coop, and branches of Coop Pharmacy, tackling a rapidly growing issue head on.
Research tells us that nearly half of men aged 18 to 60 across the UK are suffering from impotence. And incredibly, over a quarter say they would rather break up with their partner than talk to their GP about it.
We created a 30-second TV spot expanding on the idea that everyone has a pet-name for their ‘old chap’ – and we had a lot of fun coming up with suggestions! A series of perky gentlemen and couples confess their own terms of affection suggesting that no matter what you call it, you can feel good about it with Viagra Connect from Coop Pharmacy.
Our Creative Director, Steve Price, said:
“This is one of those briefs that makes you pinch yourself when it lands on your desk. Here, we have two brands that couldn’t be further apart. A hard task at the best of times. But we’ve brought them together in a charmingly British way. Viagra Connect is all about confidence and feeling good about yourself. Coupled with a trusted brand like Coop Pharmacy, I think we actually have a perfect match. Added to that, our new partnership with film production company HIPSTER meant that we were able to go from concept sign-off to approved commercial in less than a fortnight.”
David Winter, from the Coop Pharmacy marketing team, said:
"The team at Superdream presented a range of exciting and intelligent ideas for this potentially contentious product. The process to completion was incredibly smooth and we’re looking forward to seeing Viagra Connect fly off the shelves, to help those that need it, as a result."
