How do you create a campaign that celebrates 20 years of loyalty?

Worcester Bosch - 20 Years of WAI

The mission

A key part of the Worcester Bosch family are its Accredited Installers – the heating engineers who are directly endorsed by the company. In 2017, Worcester Bosch celebrated the 20th year of the scheme and the centrepiece of this celebration were trips to Beijing and Rome, organised and paid for by Worcester Bosch to acknowledge and thank its top installers for its contribution. We were tasked with the concept, design and development of this very special campaign, with creative developed to span across Worcester’s marketing material for the year, as well as bringing to life these amazing trips.

What we did

Our campaign made the WAI’s as they are known feel like the were a most important cog in the Worcester machine – which they absolutely are. The campaign appeared in Worcester’s Installer magazine, WAI’s Choice, on literature, the invitation boxes for the trips, drinks bottles and as well as a bespoke video-book invite to the lucky winners.
