What our brand reawakening means

Branding and positioning is something we do for other organisations all the time. But it’s the agency curse that means our own branding exercise had fallen to the bottom of our to-do list in favour of client work. Yet a lot about us has changed since we last explored who we are, what we do and why we do it. Our old positioning just wasn’t true for us or our clients anymore. And as we tell our clients all the time – that isn’t good for business, or for culture.

We stripped everything back and started from scratch.

A guiding star

An effective positioning keeps your ‘why’ front and centre for all to see. It tells your team and your customers a lot about what you stand for. Your promise.

Our new positioning promises that we:

Our new positioning has informed a number of changes. Some you’ll see, like this brand-new website and our agency film set in our Bromsgrove and Brisbane offices. Others you won’t – like how we’re changing our culture from the inside out. But everything is part of our quest: to defeat normal in all we do – for our clients and each other.
