The end of July saw us Dreamers dig out the tents, dust off the wellies and don our best fancy dress, the theme this *yee-har* being cowboys and indians, all in the name of our second annual summer festival. We’ve all been busy working hard this year – as Dolly would say, *working 9 to 5* – so as a thank you the whole company was invited to camp out for the night in a field a few miles from the office in the *Wild West* Midlands, for an evening full of fun, food, festivities and fancy dress. The costumes did not disappoint, everyone made a great effort, and we really got in to the spirit of the night.

Once everyone had pitched up their varying sized tents, from the tiny one man to the rather grand 6 man and even Pete’s VW campervan, it was time to sit back and enjoy the sunshine, the music blasting from the DJ and a few ice cold drinks, and of course take some obligatory selfies! Then it was the moment for the hotly anticipated game of the year, the girls vs boys rounders match. After a very close game, with both teams giving an excellent performance, it was the boys who came out victorious. After such an *in-tents* game, the BBQ food went down a treat for everyone, and as the sun started to set on our festival madness it was time to find our inner woodsmen and light the huge fire. With the drinks flowing, the fire burning, and the music pumping everyone was having a great time, laughing and dancing away well in to the night.

Not only is it a superb night that is loads of fun, our annual summer festival is a great way for us all to get together as a team, and really relax and let our hair down. As the company continues to grow these events are more important than ever for us as an agency. We have almost doubled in size since this time last year, as well as being spread over two buildings, so it would be easy for us to become disjointed and rely too much on emails rather than getting up and speaking to people face to face. But with events like this, as well as keeping team morale up, it really brings us all together, mixes all departments and makes us remember we are all one big dream team.
